  • How Safe is the delivery?
    Go Grandeur is tied up with the most trusted shipping partners like Shiprocket who is operating through secured carrier services like FedEx, Bule Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Gati and so on to ensure the orders are delivered at earliest with safest condition.
  • How to cancel the order?
    If you have placed an order by mistake or a wrong order has been made, please write to us at support@gograndeur.com within 24hrs of Ordering. If the order is shipped the order cancellation will not be processed.
  • Can my order turned into a Gift?
    Our packaging is itself a Gift on its own, we believe you would not need an additional gift packaging. As of now we are not offering this services.
  • Is there any Shipping Fee?
    No Shipping fee will be charged to any place PAN India.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Yes! we ship to any place in India.
  • Do you ship to an address which is different to billing address?
    We do Ship to any address which you provide us, if the address has to be changed, write to us within 24hrs of ordering to Support@gograndeur.com with your order number and the details for different shipping address. Delay in the delivery can be expected if the order is already shipped and the address needs to be changed.
  • What are the expected delivery timelines?
    We ship our products within 2-3 working days of the order and the shipping time depends where in India and also depends on our delivery partner. You will receive an email/message with tracking number as soon as the product is shipped and you will be able to track live your order. If there are any concerns about shipping please write to us at support@gograndeur.com.
  • Is express Shipping possible?
    Yes, certainly but the additional cost needs to be paid and if required please leave us a comment before payment while ordering or write to us at support@gograndeur.com within 24hrs of order.
  • What are the returns and exchange policy?
    Go Grandeur is not accpeting any returns or exchanges on the products that are delivered, Unless a damaged product is delivered.
  • Can i exchange any other silver or any other precious metals for making an order?
    Go Grandeur does not provide any exchange facility.
  • What to do if the jewellery delivered is defective or a wrong jewellery is delivered?
    Before anything, we sincerely apologies for the trouble casued! But not to worry, we are here to help you fix the situation. Write to us with your order number and include a photo to support@gograndeur.com within 3 days of recieving the order, we will get back to you with in 24hrs of time.
  • What is the procedure to be followed for the exchanging the damaged product?
    Write to us at support@gograndeur.com with the below details, 1. Name 2. Order number 3. Reason for exchange. 4. Address for Pickup of the jewellery. 5. Address to which jewellery needs to be delivered. Shipping charges are on us.
  • What is the Exchange Policy when wrong size of Ring, Bracelet or Kada ordered?
    Do not worry, we will Exchange the jewelry for you with the required size. An email must be written within 2 days of delivery of the jewelry to support@gograndeur.com Below are the steps in which the exchange process will happen. Step-1: Confirm the Size to be exchanged Step-2: Payment link and invoice for Return Shipping Charges will be sent for as per our shipping partner. Step-3: Once the payment is received return shipping will be initiated and once the return shipment pick up is confirmed. Step-4: New product with the specified size will be shipped to the same address as per the order.
  • What kind of payments are accepted?
    Payment can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI. Cards Accepted are> Mastercard, Visa Maestro Cards. Cash on Delivery is accepted for orders below Rs.5000/- and with a advance payment of 50%.
  • What Should be done if my payment fails?
    Payment failure in rare cases occur due to some glitches in the payment gateways. If the amount is deducted it is usually credited back in few hours time if it does not get credited please write to us at support@gograndeur.com.
